Smart Motion Running Technique

The Smart Motion Running technique teaches you to run with less impact on the legs, joints and lower back.

Learn to run in a lighter and more efficient way as demonstrated by many of the top athletes in the world, namely those from East Africa.

The Smart Motion Running technique is equally beneficial for beginner and recreational runners as well as elite runners.

This technique helps teach you how to run with better posture and how to correctly position the body whilst running. Therefore you will run more effectively while causing less impact damage to joints and also learn how to relax the muscles more whilst running.

Running4Women has partnered with Smart Motion Running which will enable us to provide Smart Running Clinics for our Members throughout the UK.
